Asian Plum Grilled Salmon Filet


4 8 oz Salmon Filets
1 ½ Cups Asian Plum Cooking Sauce
½ Cup chopped green onion

In a glass baking dish, place salmon filets, pour ¾ cup Asian plum cooking sauce and ¼ cup green onions over filets and marinate, covered in refrigerator, for 1 to 3 hours. On a medium heat grill, place filets skin side up. Grill 4 to 7 minutes before turning. Grill an additional 4 to 7 minutes until done, basting with more sauce throughout the cooking process. Drizzle sauce over filets when serving and sprinkle remaining green onions on top to taste. (Option: sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or almonds.)
