Crispy Maple Spareribs


Serves four.
3lbs lean pork spareribss
1 tbs. chili sauce
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1tbs. red wine vinegar
1 small onion, finely chopped
¼ tsp. dry mustard
salt & freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Roast ribs on a rack for 30 min. Combine the remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove ribs from rack and reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Place ribs in a baking tin and cover with the sauce. Bake uncovered for 45 min. basting frequently. Serve with a green salad and enjoy!
