Olive and Basil Vegetables


  • 3 medium summer squash
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • Tait Farm Olive and Basil Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese – grated

Slice squash and onions lengthwise ½ inch thick. Slice tomatoes 1/3 inch thick. Arrange on baking sheet and brush generously with Tait Farm Olive and Basil. Lightly salt, dust with Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown.
