- Minimum group size is 15 participants.
- If your group size increases
or decreases by 8 or more students, 1-week notification
is required. Unreported decreases are subject to
a 50% absentee fee. (Minimum group size is 15 participants).

| Reservations and Deposits |

Reservations and
Deposits are due at least 3 weeks in advance.

The deposit is $50
for up to 30 students and $100 for groups of 30
or more. Deposits are non-refundable.

Your reservation
is secured only when our Program Coordinator has
received your signed confirmation letter.

| Chaperones |

1 adult chaperone
required for every 10 students

Indoor Programs:
Teachers and chaperones may attend all indoor
program talks and tours free of charge. However,
if they participate in any take-home activity
they must pay the associated fee.

Dinosaur Crossing
Visits: 1 adult chaperone free for every 10 students.
Each additional is $6.50.

| Arrival |
- Check-in time is 15 minutes prior
to your program start time.
- Students shall remain on the bus until greeted
by a Staff Instructor.
- We cannot guarantee staff, program
or activity availability for groups that arrive
early or late.

| Balance payment |
- The balance is due upon arrival in
the form of cash, check, or credit card (Visa or
Mastercard).
- A copy of your State of Connecticut
Tax Exemption Permit (E-number permit) must be received
BEFORE your visit. No tax adjustments will be made
after your transaction has been processed.
- Purchase orders
are also accepted. Please call for details.

| Lunch/Snack options |
- Food may be pre-ordered from our
Cobalt Café
- Initial orders must be placed at
least 2 weeks prior to your visit.
- For bag lunches, you may use
our North Picnic Area at no charge. Please note
that Nature’s Art does not have a cafeteria.
During inclement weather you may eat inside (floor
seating) for a clean-up fee (subject to room availability
and group size – call for rate).
